Asprise Technologies ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website and the Pricefie mobile application (the "Service").
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
- Basic account information: When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us. For example, many of our services require you to set up an account, so we may need to collect a few important details about you, such as your name, email address and the city or region of the country you live in. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture.
- Content information: You also provide us whatever information you send through our services. Keep in mind that the users who view your posts, messages and any other content can always save that content or copy it outside the app. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to our services as well: Do not send messages or share content that you wouldn't want someone to save or share. As for the retention of content information on our server, see How Long We Keep Your Information further below.
- Payment and contact information: If you buy something or subscribe to our Services, we’ll collect information to process those payments and contact you. This will include your name, credit card, and contact information. We keep a record of the purchases you’ve made.

We use this information to, for example, provide our Services to you, get insights on how people use our Services so we can make our Services better, and understand and make predictions about user retention.
- Camera and photos: Our services require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. For example, you won’t be able to send posts or upload photos from your camera roll unless we can access your camera or photos.
- Device information: We collect information from and about the devices you use such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, advertising identifiers, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
- Location information: We may determine the approximate location of your device from your IP address. We collect and use this information to, for example, calculate how many people visit our Services from certain geographic regions.
- Information from cookies & other technologies: Like most online services and mobile applications, we may use cookies and other technologies such as web beacons, web storage and unique advertising identifiers to collect information about your activity, browser and device. We may also use these technologies to collect information when you interact with services we offer through one of our partners, such as advertising and commerce features. For example, we may use information collected on other websites to show you more relevant adverts. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually remove or reject browser cookies through the settings on your browser or device. For more information about our use of cookies and other technologies for tracking, including how you can control the use of cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.
- Log information: Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, including the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information. We collect log information when you use our Services — for example, when you create or make changes to your account on the Pricefie mobile application.

- To market our Services and measure, gauge, and improve the effectiveness of our marketing. For example, by targeting our marketing messages to groups of our users, advertising our Services, analyzing the results of our marketing campaigns, and understanding and forecasting user retention.
- To protect our Services, our users, and the public. For example, by detecting security incidents; detecting and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; fighting spam; complying with our legal obligations; and protecting the rights and property of pricefie.com and others, which may result in us, for example, terminating Services.
